This position reports to EL Customer Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities The Customer Operation Specialist is the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners of the Electrification in Italy for Post Sales Request.

#LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for.
u Delivering effective solutions to customers with order managment queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue \u Monitoring the status of the request.
u Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
u Support the customer and act with integrity during the order activities.
u Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders.
u Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas Qualifications for the role Ability to demonstrate your experience to take ownership of customer issues You are qualified in using SAP, Sales Force and Excel.
