Responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies Requirements.
- Fluent in English and Croatian (both written and spoken) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Contract Type.
