il candidato ideale è un ex-consulente proveniente da importanti società di consulenza in ambito technology e possiede una solida esperienza nella gestione delle operazioni, nello sviluppo di strategie e nell'ottimizzazione dei flussi informativi efficientamento dei processi.
analizzare e migliorare i flussi informativi e i processi aziendali, identificando aree di inefficienza e proponendo soluzioni innovative.
impostazione kpi.
collaborare con i team business e tech per definire e implementare indicatori chiave di prestazione (kpis) che monitorino l'andamento delle operazioni e delle performance aziendali.
supporto ai team lead.
fornire assistenza e orientamento ai team lead, promuovendo la collaborazione interfunzionale e facilitando la comunicazione tra i diversi reparti.
gestione dei progetti.
coordinare e supervisionare progetti multidisciplinari, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget stabiliti.
reporting al management.
riportare direttamente al management fornendo analisi dettagliate sull'andamento operativo, sulle performance e sulle proposte di miglioramento.
sviluppo delle persone.
identificare opportunità di formazione e sviluppo per i collaboratori, promuovendo una cultura di apprendimento e innovazione.
competenze ed esperienza laurea in economia, ingegneria, informatica o discipline affini.
esperienza pregressa in ruolo simile, preferibilmente in contesti tecnologici e in aziende di consulenza riconosciute eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti.
ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, con predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
