Posizione: This Is What Your Job Entails Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to standardize processes and drive innovation! Your task You will provide regular reports to stakeholders including comments. Therefore, you will continuously develop the planning models and cost reporting as well as evaluate methodologies and execute monthly cost monitoring. In addition, you will also evaluate business cases and analyze the monthly cost development. The internal exchange on the various topics regarding costs rounds off your tasks as a key contact. Your contribution With the responsibility to identify saving potentials in collaboration with international Customer Care Management (CCM) stakeholders, you will shape the international CCM. Your Experience You are experienced in controlling procedures and reports within Customer Care Management. You are proficient in understanding relevant KPIs and interdependencies among cost figures. Also, you are skilled in data analytics. Your Skills You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency and very good Excel skills. Also, you have analytical and numerical skills as well as conceptual skills and persuasion power. Good communication skills and an independent and structured way of working round off your profile. Your Softskills You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup. You thrive to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment.
