oversee the full finance function and coordinate a team of 30 people, with direct responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes; supervise financial activities across various plants in northern italy, with a willingness to travel frequently; define and implement financial strategies, supporting senior management in achieving business objectives; optimize financial processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations; collaborate with other departments and global management, providing long-term strategic financial insight.

international experience.
proven track record in multinational environments and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex settings; english fluency.
fluent in both written and spoken english to effectively interact with international offices; travel availability.
flexible to travel between plants in northern italy; leadership skills.
demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large, multidisciplinary team, fostering skill development and collaboration.
