Keyline Industries, a family-owned business with 2 production plants in Veneto, 9 subsidiaries in 3 continents, and more than 200 collaborators, has a centralized R&D hub of 40 people. Keyline Industries is a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines, and transponders. Additionally, Keyline Industries uniquely manufactures industrial automated machines for the security industry and home & building automation through the brands ACS and Allmatic. About the role: This role is responsible for managing back office activities and creating strong relationships with clients and colleagues from various branches worldwide. Interaction with various company departments, especially the entire Sales team, is essential. What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for foreign languages, a proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills. What you'll do: Manage back office activities Follow up on customer interactions Prepare sales offers with guidance from the Area Manager Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Occasionally travel to customers Participate in company events and exhibitions Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Proficiency in English and French Excellent reaction and interaction skills with colleagues Strong analytical and listening skills, with a disposition for teamwork to accomplish outlined objectives Flexibility, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel when necessary Minimum Qualifications: Fluent knowledge of English and a second language Good knowledge of the Office package Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field Basic knowledge of SAP Keyline Industries provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
