ROLE DESCRIPTION The Career Service Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the career development of participants in the Executive Education programs.
This role, being placed under the Executive Education area of the H-uman Development division, is responsible for managing the activities related to advising participants on career planning, job market trends, and professional development opportunities.
The Career Service Advisor will also build strong relationships with companies and external partners to enhance job placement and networking opportunities for program participants.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in career services, education, or human resources, looking to contribute to the growth and success of executives and professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage career guidance and coaching activities to Executive Education participants, helping them with job transitions, career advancement, and leadership development.
Develop and implement career development strategies tailored to the needs of Executive Education participants, including mid-career professionals and executives.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals to create networking and job placement opportunities for participants.
Organize career workshops, webinars, and networking events in collaboration with external industry leaders and recruitment specialists.
Keep up to date with job market trends, industries, and emerging skills, and translate these insights into actionable strategies for participants’ career development.
Collaborate with the Executive Education team to ensure career services are aligned with the overall goals of the programs and support participants' professional growth.
Assist in the preparation of career development materials and resources.
Support alumni relations by maintaining connections with program graduates.
