Job Description Prepare, update and check Building Service systems layout (UG systems, Louvres, CCTV, Electrical Cabinets, HVAC systems, Fire Fighting systems) Generate and update 3D models (Steel Structure, Equipment, Piping, Ducts) Incorporate and check of drawings/3D model from external and internal supplier Ensure the exchange of all required layout data (3D model) with the project team as well as with consortium partners and suppliers of engineering services Attend internal and external meetings as necessary to review BS model Ensure maintainability, accessibility and constructability of BS systems Qualifications Knowledge of 3D Modelling tool (preferably AVEVA E3D) and MS Office.
Navisworks and AutoCad are a plus 3+ years of experience in plant Building Services Layout regarding structural and mechanical designs, piping routing and equipment/systems arrangement 3+ years of experience in creation of layout concepts of complete plants, in technical risk assessment and solution providing Fluency in English, German or French are a plus Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality Additional Information Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines Excellent employment conditions Attractive working place (central, good transport links) For HR agencies.
