As an Advisor HR (HRBP) consultant, you will contribute directly to the company culture. You will work at our headquarters in Almería. Your job at Rijk Zwaan! As an Advisor HR (HRBP)you will contribute to our corporate culture. Responsibilities include: Selection of new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture. Advising team leaders in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development. Regularly visit the different work centres Reflect on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation. Participate in or lead HR projects What will you bring to the company? At Rijk Zwaan we are looking for an HR consultant who is passionate about both organisational and individual issues. You are a natural networker who likes to connect with people and at the same time can be a strong interlocutor. With a strong substantive drive, you approach projects proactively and with great enthusiasm. You feel completely at home in our corporate culture. In addition, we can find the following on your CV A degree in psychology or human resource management. A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management. At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions. You are fluent in spoken and written English (level C1). What can you expect from us?
