V.I.E PRODUCT ENGINEERING OFFICER

Responsibilities The VIE will be involved in the activities related to the launch of new customers' products/solutions and will contribute to: the drafting of business requirements the coordination of feasibility studies with the operational departments, the support functions (risk, compliance, etc.) and other impacted stakeholders the formalization of possible target operating model solutions the consolidation of production costs related to new products and solutions the operational designing of products and services of SGSS with operational departments the production of on-boarding kits, KPI and SLA pro formats He/She will also take charge of setting the documents required to support meetings, both internal (aimed to validate officially the new product/solution) and external (aimed to share and promote the product/solution with clients or other external entities). Due to the VIE eligibility criteria, a questionnaire will be provided. Please make sure to answer all the questions for an efficient analysis of your application. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Studies & Experience: Graduate with a Master's degree from a university with a specialization in economics or finance A previous experience in securities services or in a product management team would be appreciated Language Skills: Fluent in English Beginner/Intermediate in Italian Technical, Operational & Soft Skills: Capacity to work autonomously and meet deadlines Proficient/Good command of MS Office The VIE assignment in a nutshell: This VIE in Italy is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months. In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to avoid any delays in your departure. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 from the member states of the European Economic Space.
