you will be working on the following themes.
HR information tools and systems (HRIS).
project management and operational implementation.
Training and skills development.
implementation of virtual collaboration spaces (digital communities) optimisation of the structure of the training offer (rationalisation digitalisation and implementation of courses) improvement of training management processes and tools (LMS).
Design of organisational models.
asis analysis of the organisational structure formulation of recommendations for performance optimisation support in the implementation of new organisational models.
Data analytics.
data management and analysis in the context of staff sizing projects performance management dashboard design...
Change management.
design of communication plans training plans and support for the clients resources.
You may also be called upon to work on crosscutting projects.
Within the framework of the firms internal activities your participation is based on the following areas.
Commercial development by contributing to commercial actions.
Strengthening our offers by contributing to our internal working groups.
Contributing to the development of our publication policy by writing articles for the Sia Partners blog.
Qualifications.
Graduated from a top engineering school business school or university you have a proven experience in consulting or in the field of Human Resources (internship gap year or first job).
Soft skills.
professional rigour openmindedness sense of analysis and ability to synthesise good communication skills ability to work in a team problem solving skills and the ability to quickly take responsibility for high added value assignments within a dynamic structure.
Spoken languages.
f luent Italian and English are required.

As the proposed VIE is based in Italy Italian citizens are not eligible for this position in accordance with the provisions of Business France.
