Maintain associate relations.
Ensure vehicle cleaness and condition are up to the required standard.
Attend training classes as per schedule Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Pick up and Drop off of hotel guests at predetermined locations and predetermined times in a friendly and courteous manner.
Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy.
Assist guests in the handling of luggage and large packages.
The driver may open the car door for guests.
Educate passengers with regard to local information.
Performing daily pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections.
Performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.
Fuelling the vehicle.
Ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
Documenting customer usage.
Preparing trip reports.
Preparing accident and incident reports as necessary.
Assisting guests in and out of the vehicle.
Providing other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.
Should be familiar with the roads and landmarks in the UAE (Especially Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai) Should also be knowledgeable of all local rules of the road.
Qualifications Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, 1 – 3 years of experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
Fluent English is compulsory, additional foreign language is an asset.
