We are on a mission to redefine the way you think about insurance. We’re seeking a skilled Underwriter to manage broker relationships, assess risks, and drive sales. If you're proactive and experienced in the insurance market, join us to make an impact! Get ready to: Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with brokers, Conduct risk assessment, prepare and negotiate insurance offers, and conclude insurance contracts in accordance with the strategy and underwriting guidelines, Achieve sales targets, Provide expert product support and actively cooperate with the sales network (including training), Conduct ongoing market analysis, competition monitoring, and changes, Participate actively in product development, as well as the tools and methods for underwriting risks. To fit here you'll need: Higher education – preferred fields: law, economics, finance, insurance, A minimum of 3 years of experience in property and liability insurance underwriting, Ability to work in a team, Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), Knowledge of the insurance market and practical understanding of insurance-related matters, Analytical and creative thinking skills, Proficiency in English at a communicative level (min.
