We are hiring a TENDER / OFFER SPECIALIST m/f/d based in Milan, part-time (30 hours per week) Your strength.
- Experience with tenders and requests for medical products - Deep knowledge of the laws and restrictions on tenders for medical devices - High flexibility and sense of responsibility, combined with a strong work ethic - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English Your contribution.
- Research, identification, and analysis of tender notices to identify potential business opportunities - Responsible for the entire process of tenders / offer requests, from preparing the participation to managing the different phases of tenders - Drafting of procurement contracts - Building a strong partnership with the sales force as well as with the hospital's customer services, purchasing departments and administrations - Ensure that Artivion's proposals meet the requirements of the respective tender / request each time Our strength.
