Your Role and Responsibilities IBM is looking for innovative and enthusiastic young graduates for an entry-level technical position who will work in a team environment.
Your role will be to design, together with the IBM Partners, the best layer for Customer's Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Native Application, Data Lake and Data Resiliency solutions.
IBM Brand Technical Specialist responsibility is.
- Build a strong and trustworthy relationship with key technical and business Clients and IBM Business Partners, armed with efficient standard practices for enterprise architecture - Comprehend market trends and customer primary business objectives and preferences, analyze patterns, and pinpoint actionable strategies, mapping towards IBM offerings - Champion customers' priorities internally within IBM, all while proactively collaborating with the IBM R&D and Product teams to address technical challenges, facilitate new feature requests and tackle technical obstacles Required Technical and Professional Expertise You studied a technical degree like Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent subject.
Excellent communication, relationship and presentation skills that are equally engaging, compelling, and influential Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills, growth mindset and continuous learning Problem Solving attitude and analytical skills Capability to work in a global, multicultural and diverse environment Good knowledge of Office products Good knowledge of English language Italian mother language Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Basic knowledge of Computer System Architecture Being passionate about technology and its evolution Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems, or engineering concepts.
