Managing the effective implementation of technical projects and the execution of plans.
Setting priorities, outlining goals and crafting efficient production strategies, while actively contributing to resource evaluations and KPI analyses.
Supervising specialized staff, ensuring the team is properly staffed with qualified professionals.
Requirements.
Master's degree, preferably with expertise in chemical-pharmaceutical fields.
Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, GMP guidelines and international pharmaceutical standards.
