u Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request.
u Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs.
u Collaborate with Product Marketing and other internal teams to maintain and update technical documentations to increase self-service experience.
u Represents the Voice of the Customer within local teams.
Provides feedback to internal and external teams to promote alignment between process outputs and customer expectations.
u Applies Safety Rules and Safe Practices, performs assigned tasks in a safe manner that will encourage others to exercise safety in their normal daily activities.
Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in electrical engineering principles.
You are qualified in using Sales Force and Excel.
