As a Technical Drafter at NHOA Energy you will join the Design Engineering Department, in the Technical Drafting office, to contribute on the design, engineering, and construction of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)projects. The focus will be on two main areas: Assist the System Engineering and Tech Sales team in preparing technical documentation in the new projects offer submission phase; Collaborate with Electrical Engineering and Civil engineering team during all the phases of projects under execution, drafting several technical documents such as electrical diagrams and layouts within BIM design, and reviewing contractor’s documentation. Tasks and Duties: Elaboration of technical deliverables using 2D and 3D CAD software; Interaction with colleagues of other teams to optimize the sharing of information; Interaction with suppliers and contractors in reviewing technical documentation. High-school Diploma in technical subjects (electrical / mechanical / electronic or similar); 2-5 years’ experience in technical drafting of electrical systems; Proficiency experienced with 2D CAD drawing software (AutoCAD or similar); Experienced with 3D CAD drawing software (Revit or similar); Knowledge of international standards for electrical and mechanical engineering drawings; Experienced in interfacing with suppliers; Well versed in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; Good communication skills English and Italian; Knowledge of E-plan electrical CAD software platform and in BIM design are considered as a plus. Soft skills: Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments; Organized and self-motivated with strong propensity to work in a team; Ability to work autonomously and effectively in periods of limited direct supervision; Rapid adaptation to changes, ability to prioritize; Decision-making autonomy for the specific activities of its competence; Aptitude to seek innovative solutions; Detail oriented with patience and precision; A strong personal drive and interest in reliability and continual process improvement. Location: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.
