TECHNICAL BODYSHOP AUTHORITY SPECIALIST

Are you our new Technical Bodyshop Authority Specialist? Who we are looking for.
We are looking for recent Graduates in Engineering (or young technicians with a mechanics Diploma) to support one of our key customers, leader in the mobility solutions industry, in the technical helpdesk activities.

Duties and Responsibilities.
Main duties and responsibilities include.
Authorize the bodyshop maintenance/repair quotation submitted by the network, according to Authority procedures; Support the network of dealers and workshops of our customers, transferring the correct information in the Authority system, related to the handling of claims; Verify from a technical and administrative point of view the correspondence of maintenance/repair claims submitted by the network according to Authority procedures; Handle all the maintenance/repair claims, verifying that the labor timings requested by the network are aligned with the repair/damage and that the discounts on spare parts are in accordance with contractual conditions; Verify that the documents attached are correct and complete, in order to have all the useful elements for the evaluation of claims.
Requirements.
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.) or Mechanics Diploma; Teamworking; Initiative and independence; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Interpersonal skills; Results orientation mindset; A flexible and yet structured approach; Ability to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies; Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements; High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office; Languages skills.
