Providing technical assistance to the sales network and our customers on both B2B and B2C channels; Handling returns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution for the customer; Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and useful information; Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve assistance processes; Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service optimization; Participating in continuous training to stay updated on company news and products offered.
The Profile We Are Looking For You have at least a diploma in technical disciplines (electrical/electronic/mechanical) or you are a student/just graduated in languages or similar field; Experience in customer service is a plus; You know how to relate to customers and understand their needs on the fly, and you also know how to report them to the relevant sales and technical departments; You are an ace at interpersonal relations, whether customers or suppliers, and you never lose your patience; You must be able to express yourself in French.
Knowledge of German will be considered a plus.
