ole OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) you are independently responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within our Commercial organization in both Italy and Iberia.
Your mission is to identify and attract future business leaders and talented individuals for exciting roles within our various commercial and aftermarket functions.
You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners across various business sectors and functions to fill critical vacancies.
Your responsibilities include driving the requisition process, crafting compelling job advertisements, conducting interviews, and guiding Hiring Managers through our talent strategy.
Your market expertise will inform strategic decisions, and you’ll actively contribute to building our Electrolux employer brand in these Talent Markets.

Ideally, you have over one year of recruiting experience.
In-house experience is preferred, but agency/RPO background is also valuable, especially if you’ve handled volume hiring.
