, headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting a Talent Acquisition Consultant working 90% remotely . Build your career by acquiring skills in candidate evaluation through our 4 quadrants model that measures hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and achievement. You will follow the entire selection process for over 140 SMEs and multinational clients. Presence in Milan is required only 2 days a month for networking and idea exchange. Our office is open every day, and you are welcome to come whenever you wish. We prioritize internal balance and the real well-being of each individual. What is the Challenge for You and Sales Line? You will manage complex headhunting projects and strengthen relationships with client companies as a Business Advisor for both companies and candidates. You will contribute to internal innovation to make Sales Line more agile in the current digital transformation context. Who We Like to Work With We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the growth of Sales Line in the coming years. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be a Business Consultant . Your commitment will be to achieve the best match between candidates and client companies while keeping your business objectives in mind. Important Skills for the Role: Critical and analytical thinking Synthesis and organizational skills Customer and goal orientation Emotional Intelligence (EQ: assertive communication, active listening, empathy) Required Qualifications: Good knowledge of English Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in humanities 1 to 6 years of experience, preferably in consulting roles This is a competency-based selection process conducted through a 3-phase assessment: CV analysis EQ test with our assessor Motivation test and motivational interview Work Location: 90% remote work - Milan office 2 times a month.
