PAVIMAR S.A. is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team Responsibilities: Monitor the company’s ICT systems, both onshore and onboard our fleet. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to systems and network infrastructure at both 1st and 2nd levels. Assist in the maintenance and development of on-premises and cloud systems and network infrastructure. Collaborate with in-house and third-party IT professionals to ensure high-quality support services and successful project delivery. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Assist with external audits of the company’s on-premises and cloud systems. Monitor satellite communications and fleet network management provided by external vendors. Skills & Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science, /Engineering / Computer Networking, Programming, and Information Systems. An MSc is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the Maritime Industry Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystem (on Premise and Cloud Microsoft products): Active Directory, Domain networks, Group Policy, MS Windows and MS Office. MS 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online) Virtualization environments (Hyper-V) Strong knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, VPNs Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration / installation Fluency in both spoken and written English (B2 Level or higher) Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and excellent presentation and reporting abilities. Proven team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Military service completed (for male candidates) Recruitment of experienced personnel has always been considered a top priority.
