As a Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of quality, inclusivity, and compliance in all digital learning content created by the GS Learning organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about enhancing the learning experience.
In this role, you will conduct in-depth content reviews, technical testing, and accessibility assessments to create inclusive and engaging learning experiences for all.
As a specialist, you will collaborate closely with instructional designers and developers to analyze learner feedback and drive continuous improvement.
You’ll embrace agile methodologies to foster teamwork and innovation while leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to enhance QA processes.

Content Review.
Conduct thorough reviews of learning materials to ensure accuracy, engagement, and adherence to J&J writing and brand guidelines.
Technical Testing.
Execute comprehensive quality assessments on all digital learning products, focusing on usability, performance, and compatibility across platforms.
Accessibility Compliance.
Champion inclusivity by implementing manual and automated testing to ensure all learning products meet WCAG 2.
standards, creating an equitable experience for all learners.
Bug Tracking and Reporting.
Identify, track, and document bugs or issues, managing change requests to facilitate timely adjustments and achieve desired outcomes.
Feedback Analysis.
Analyze learner feedback trends and collaborate with instructional designers and developers during project stand-ups and quality reviews to identify opportunities for improvement that enhance learner effectiveness.
Agile Project Management.
Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to promote collaboration and iterative development, ensuring high-quality outputs while meeting project deadlines and aligning with team KPIs and OKRs.
Collaboration with Stakeholders.
Partner with project stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and brainstorm innovative solutions that uphold the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Innovation and Technology Integration.
Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to streamline QA workflows and enhance the learner experience.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by exploring new tools and methods to optimize QA processes.
Qualifications Qualifications Education.
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
A minimum of three (3) years of learning design, development, or quality experience in a complex matrixed environment.
Strong proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning technologies.
Extensive knowledge of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Experience testing eLearning courses across multiple platforms, browsers, and mobile devices for usability, performance, and compatibility.
Expert in conducting automated/manual accessibility testing on digital assets to validate compliance with WCAG standards.
Proficient in utilizing assistive technologies, including screen readers.
Demonstrated project management skills, proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent visual, written, and oral communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
Enthusiastic collaborator committed to creating a positive work environment.
Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Preferred.
Experience working with regional or global teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (e.
., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Planner, Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot).
Experience using Generative AI tools and digital technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency and quality.
