To carry out our mission, we are looking for a Social Media and Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF: Management of Social Media Profiles: Managing the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including creating, publishing, and curating strategic content to strengthen the company’s online presence, and align with its values and mission. Employer Branding Strategy: Developing and executing an employer branding strategy that highlights the company’s work culture, values, and career opportunities, aiming to attract top talent and build a positive reputation as an employer. Content Creation and Optimization: Crafting engaging, relevant content tailored to the company’s social media channels and target audience. This includes creating a weekly or monthly editorial calendar, optimizing content according to platform algorithms, and driving consistent engagement and visibility. Community Management: Interacting with followers and potential candidates across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a community-oriented environment, and identifying opportunities for engagement, networking, and talent acquisition. Collaboration with People and Culture: Partnering with the People and Culture team to create and promote recruitment campaigns, highlight employee stories, and showcase the company’s work environment, helping to attract and retain the best talent. Monitoring, Reporting, and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns, producing detailed reports on metrics such as engagement, follower growth, reach, and conversions, and using data insights to improve strategies and outcomes. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU: Degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or similar. At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management, employer branding, or related fields. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their algorithms. Experience in creating engaging, high-quality content for different platforms. Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Facebook Insights. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in verbal and written English (C1/C2 level). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with different audiences, both internal and external. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially HR and marketing. NICE TO HAVE: Previous experience in large-scale project management. Previous international experience.
