Position Overview.
Are you a seasoned and results-driven leader prepared to elevate your career to the next level? We seek a highly accomplished individual to take on the critical role of Site Operation Leader at HTC.
The Site Operation Leader will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency, exceptional quality, and increased profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic planning and a profound understanding of the Medical Device industry.
In this role, you will be entrusted with overall responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day infrastructure, operations, routines, and budget of our site.
You will also play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and achieving long-term objectives, making a significant impact on the company's future success.
This position reports directly to the General Manager of Biosense Webster HTC.
Key Responsibilities.
Operational Strategy.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Ensure efficient and effective business operations.
Process Improvement.
Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Resource Management.
Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to ensure optimal utilization.
Risk Management.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.
Compliance.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Team Leadership.
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration.
Work closely with other leadership team members to support strategic initiatives and business goals.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company objectives.
Budget Management.
Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Assume responsibility for Site Services, Indirect Purchasing, Employees' Experience, and Admin functions, with dotted line oversight for IT (overseeing service, maintenance, and strategic projects).
Oversee all facility functions and services, ensuring optimal operation of utilities, infrastructure, maintenance, catering, security, admin, front desk, and safety officer roles.
Supervise the indirect purchasing team, focusing on spend and contract management, best practices implementation, and cost optimization.
Verify compliance with EHS and emergency response system, ensuring a resilient safety culture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a long-term facility strategy and conduct space requirements planning.
Manage construction projects, overseeing expansions and adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
Act as a key liaison within the J&J Israel CMT, fostering collaboration and alignment with corporate objectives.
Function as the authorized representative for interactions with governmental and municipal authorities, ensuring compliance.
Execute contract signings in accordance with JNJ board resolution guidelines, particularly for site-related agreements.
Effectively manage the G&A budget for the site, overseeing capital investments in the facility.
Take charge of developing and maintaining the site’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Lead as the Chairman of the Safety Committee, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications University Bachelor’s degree – a must.
Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, effectively managing large teams.
Proven 7 years of experience as a Site Operational Leader in a global company, including facility and construction management.
Proven financial understanding, business acumen, project and operational management skills.
Thrives in a complex, matrix environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in both Hebrew and English.
Strategic thinker with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop talents, and foster collaboration.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
Detail-oriented multitasker.
