Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Bologna ricerca, per una nota realtà operante nel settore della ristorazione.
1 SUPERVISORE DI TURNO.
La risorsa si occuperà di.
-Coordinare il team in cucina, in sala e nelle operazioni di cassa.
-Assicurare che le procedure operative siano seguite correttamente.
-Assicurare che il ristorante sia pulito e ben mantenuto.
-Gestire le risorse umane, inclusa la formazione e la valutazione delle prestazioni del personale.
Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso del Diploma Alberghiero o titolo equipollente e ha maturato una pregressa esperienza nella mansione di 2 anni nel settore della ristorazione.
Completano il profilo buone capacità di team working, ottime doti relazionali e di leadership.
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda, inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in fase di colloquio.
