Your Role As a Shift Leader, you will be part of the Operations team, being responsible for coordinating part of all warehouse activities to satisfy customers\u needs and requests while utilizing space, equipment, and labor effectively.
Your Responsibilities Manage, plan, organize, staff, direct warehouse activities attending to HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc...
Assessing workloads within the allocated team and allocating resources adequately on a day to day basis Achieving KPIs related to management and productivity areas and ensure team deliver against their KPI Ensure that all company equipment and assets are handled in a responsible manner at all times Make recommendations to Contract Logistics Operation Manager to improve program operations Interact and cooperate with other Contract Logistics Shift Leaders to organize the staff and all the activities in order to achieve business goals Ensure proper archiving of papers and documents Lead by example, supports team members in achieving their career goals, fosters adequate work-life balance, and reduce work-related stress Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree, or equivalent experience and training Ideally from 2+ years of experience in a similar role within relevant companies in the industry Native Italian proficiency, at least higher intermediate proficiency in English Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree, or equivalent experience and training The profile is competed by the possession of a Driver License and the knowledge of the MS Office package Good Reasons to Join Since , Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
