About the Team The Production Centre is a hub of delivery excellence, formed by a multicultural team of production experts which delivers marketing materials across EMEA. In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business’s growth driving efficiencies & performance. Purpose of the role The Senior Production Manager manages the production of high level spend and strategic projects while facing clients directly supporting both strategy and satisfaction. The SPM will be also expected to mentor and upskill the Production Managers and, at times, manage the project traffic among other PMs. Escalation within delivery team (but in constant communication with the Client Services team) Manage POS projects/campaigns ensuring timely and high-standard completion. Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time and to specifications, adhering to SLAs and contractual agreements. Provide technical input and advice on print projects as needed. Take comprehensive briefs from clients and manage projects from inception to completion. Create detailed specifications for internal and external clients. Work as a team to meet contractual obligations, prepare presentations, and complete account administration and reporting. Collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders at all levels Support in operational information processes and Reporting. Accountable for Compliance Negotiate costings and timescales for each job and select the most appropriate supplier If necessary and temporarily, the Senior Production Manager could act as an Account Manager back up if required by the business. Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure The Senior Production Manager will likely have 5+ years of print/POS production management experience. Relevant project management experience will be also considered positively. Strong industry background will be mandatory. 3-5 years of print / POS production and general operational print experience. Relevant project management or supplier liaison and sourcing experience will also be considered positively. Experience in POS project management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, organisational, and technical skills in print processes. Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential Has a high level of print, 2D and 3D POS knowledge with a detailed understanding of different techniques Experience in a client-facing role is essential with the ability to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations Mindset to navigate the role Ability to work in a high energy environment, with a good sense of humour Has a project management mind-set and used to running campaigns Temperament for the role Positive ‘’can do’’ attitude, setting an example for team members. Curious mind and genuine interest in internal operations. Accountable taking ownership of your work, delivering results, and taking responsibility for your actions. Collaboration is also vital. You must have a 'we, not me' mentality and be willing to support team members who may be struggling. Role Requirements Location: Remote, with occasional travel to the client's office in Rome.
