As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for a Sales Trainer to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry.

As a Sales Trainer for our Italian market, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our sales team.
Your mission? To onboard, coach, and continuously develop our sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.
You’ll also be responsible for refining our training materials to keep up with our fast-paced, ever-evolving business needs.
What you’ll do.
Onboarding new hires – lead engaging and interactive training sessions for new sales reps & consultants, covering everything from product knowledge and sales techniques to tools and processes.
Your goal? To turn them into confident, high-performing sales professionals.
Sales coaching & development – provide ongoing sales coaching (call listening) to boost performance, track progress, and give constructive feedback through our sales call scorecards.
Product training – keep the team up to date with the latest product knowledge and ensure they have the best materials to work with.
Ongoing sales training – design and deliver engaging sales training, including role-playing exercises and assessments tailored to different learning styles.
Sales skills enhancement – work closely with local leadership as well as marketing and product teams to develop and refine advanced sales techniques, improve cross-selling strategies, and deliver refresher sessions and product launch training.
Sales content & playbooks – help build and continuously update sales content and playbooks to ensure the team has access to the best practices and strategies.
Ownership of the local sales enablement roadmap and key results – drive the strategy and execution of training initiatives to ensure our sales team is always equipped with the right tools and knowledge Т his role is perfect for you if you have.
Proven experience in delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and online A strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge training The ability to create and refine training content that aligns with business goals Experience with digital learning platforms and sales tools (bonus if you’ve used HubSpot before!) Great coaching skills to drive performance improvement The ability to thrive in a fast-paced always evolving environment Fluency in Italian is required along with a strong English communication skills Why you should join myPOS.
