Are you ready to make a significant impact on sales performance and efficiency? We are seeking a talented Sales Tools Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team  and play a crucial role in our Champion EMEA headquarter in Carpi (Modena, Italy).
As a Sales Tools Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales performance and efficiency by providing our sales team with the necessary tools and resources.
Your expertise in sales tools and technology will contribute to streamlining our sales processes and ultimately increasing our revenue.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges and identify opportunities to enhance sales tools and technology.
Research, evaluate, and implement innovative sales tools and technology solutions to support the sales team's objectives and drive efficiency.
Take charge of catalogues, pricelists, consolidation processes, product pictures, samples, and photo samples to ensure seamless sales operations.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to the sales team, empowering them to leverage sales tools and technology effectively.
Utilize sales data and metrics to conduct insightful analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements.
Develop and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sales tools and technology, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in sales tools and technology, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Experience and Education.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Sales Tools Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in leveraging sales tools and technology to drive results.
In-depth knowledge of sales tools and technology, sales automation software, and data analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales data and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effectively conveying complex information.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other management tools.
