In this role you will be responsible for leading and direct sales in the assigned segment in Italy, targeting profitable sales, growth and market penetration towards OEMs & End Users, consistent with company plans, policies & objectives and with customer needs, working in close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Development Leaders, Product Marketing and Operations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Directing and coordinating activities to promote the sale of Products and Solutions in the assigned segment Managing Target Accounts and routinely conducts customer visits Supporting technically all Sales Force Contributing to the development and execution of pricing strategies to increase penetration and improve profit Contributing to Strategic plans: propose and drive initiatives and plans in line with Global / European and Italian Strategy Reporting the Business on a monthly basis (and when required) with detailed analysis of performance vs Plan (Orders & Sales, Growth Programs, Target Accounts, Opportunity tracking, Customer satisfaction) Driving for continuous improvement: develop and monitor relevant KPIs and engage appropriate initiatives Providing feedback on emerging trends and opportunities to Marketing and Segment Manager Who You Are: You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You follow through on commitments. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Engineering Degree Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the industrial market Fluency in Italian Willingness to travel Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Knowledge in process industry Comprehension of another European language Experience working in Salesforce Our Offer to You At Emerson, we are committed to fostering a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
