the person we are looking for, will directly report to the global international sales manager based in france.
offerta - develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
- build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
- identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering, electrical material distribution, and related industries.
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and control divisions, to ensure a seamless delivery of our services.
- prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.
- monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure market leadership.
- negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
- lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
- represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
competenze ed esperienza - technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or similar - 7 to 10 years of experience in a sales management role within engineering or electrical material distribution industries.
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- strong understanding of engineering solutions, maintenance services, and control systems.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- fluency in english is required, french language skills are a plus.
