Chiesi Corporate Functions These are the functions supporting the business: Global HR Global Finance, Procurement & IT Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Communication & External Relations Transformation Global Strategy, Sustainability and Growth (SSG) Who we are looking for Purpose The person will be responsible for ensuring information support activities aimed at finding, selecting, analyzing, and collecting data and evidence on competitors, targets, and pathologies of corporate interest in relation to the area of competence. Proactively participate in the development of R&D projects by providing tools and analyses deriving from external information that facilitate the decision-making process. Main Responsibilities Monitoring and analysis of competitors Participation in core teams Targeted literature searches Collaboration with other internal stakeholders to research, analyze and make available the necessary information to support products/projects needs and decision making Support the evaluation of products and/or projects through the retrieval and analysis of external information Scenario analysis to support strategy definition Presentation to top management Proactive support to the activities of the areas of competence through the development of tools and/or complex analysis of information to facilitate the decision-making process Benchmark analyses for the identification of new tools for research, selection, analysis, and visualization of information Experience Required At least 6 months of experience in a similar position. Education Scientific degree (Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy or similar). Languages Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Technical Skills Proven knowledge of tools and sources for research, analysis, and management of scientific, competition, regulatory information, and benchmarking. Extensive knowledge of the full drug development process. Proven experience in the scientific (medical/pharmacological) field. Basic knowledge of NLP, advanced analytics, and bioinformatics tools. Experience in Artificial Intelligence tools is considered a plus.
