About the Role In our headquarters in Bologna we are seeking for a fresh graduate, who will be part of the purchasing area, for a six-month refunded internship.
The successful candidate will support the team, gain hands-on experience and a full overview of a global procurement environment.
As a Purchasing Intern, you will focus on commercials parts.
Hence, the successful candidate will have a first bite of how procurement processes work.
On a daily basis the candidate will support the team in.
Maintaining relationships with suppliers for the procurement of commercial parts and in scouting new potential suppliers.
Monitoring the order confirmation process and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery dates.
Updating spare parts commitments into purchase orders in SAP.
Timely management of suppliers in terms of costs, delivery, and quality, utilizing company management systems to handle contracts.
Facing with Spare Parts, Logistics and Warehouse and other Coesia’s Departments.
What You Need to Be Successful Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or a Diploma as a Mechanical or Electronic Technician, preferably with IFTS course.
Good command of OfficeSuite (Excel, Ppt) and SAP.
Good knowledge of English language.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and being a real team player.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
