PRODUCTION INTERN

Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Production Intern.
This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT).
You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities.
Purpose of the job Support Production area working on daily performance, problems and issues on the production lines with the objective to identify preventive actions.
The Production Intern will be involved in.
- Support Production Team in daily activities; - Carry out analysis on problems between dry preparation and dry packaging; - Active deep dive in data of actual and past performances; - Support in KH Management System analysis and implementation; - Support the team with SOPs, data analysis and RCAs - Support the team with the implementation of methodolgy to link raw materials checks and production process standardization of dry lines.
Qualifications Hard Skills EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included); IT Knowledge.
strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools; Language Knowledge.
fluent in English and Italian.
Background Education.
graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Food & Technologies or Food Engineering; Previous experiences with Lean concepts and manufacturing are valued.
