As a Product Marketing Manager Embedded Software you will be responsible for the software strategy of the Computer Modules (COM) product roadmap. In this role you will: Lead the SW strategy for COM product roadmap. Be in continuous contact with key customers in the product area with support from sales. Provide technical support and advise on project inquiries relating to software for the product groups for which we are responsible. Concept creation and implementation of customer requirements in software specifications, roadmap and strategy as well as their implementation in cooperation with our global design centers. Support of marketing activities and measures such as coordination and participation in trade fairs, roadshows, etc. Market and competition analysis. Decisive role in decisions relating to software technology: service & support determination, risk assessment, definition of budgets and outsourcing decisions. Development of a strategic partner network in relation to software services and technology partnerships. Support of the forecast Process. Budget estimates and price calculations in relation to software from customer-specific requests. What we are looking for: Successfully completed technical degree (computer science, electrical engineering) or comparable qualification. Specific technical and product knowledge in software architectures of modern processor architectures. Extensive knowledge in the areas of Linux (embedded), ideally also knowledge in the areas of security, artificial intelligence, real time, Android and Microsoft (embedded). Knowledge in building embedded Linux systems with Yocto preferred. Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus. Very good handling of common MS Office applications. Umfangreiches Wissen in den Bereichen von Linux (Embedded), idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Security, Artificial Intelligence, Echtzeit, Android und Microsoft (Embedded).
