The candidate will take the lead on the design, implementation, and successful delivery of large-scale or significantly complex opportunities that has a long-term impact on a product, technology or architecture of Last Mile operations.
They work with leaders to identify gaps and select projects.
They are involved in creating a culture of Continuous improvement and are able to technically review and steer the team on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies on a Black Belt or Master Black Belt level.
n this role they partner consistently with Operations, Program managers, Finance, Network Planning, Safety, Tech, and upstream/downstream teams.
The role will require strategic thinking and consistent Director interaction to continually steer the direction of the team and achieve business goals.
The role will also require mentoring team members to apply Lean process methodologies to highlight what tasks on the ground are value-added and non-valued-added and scaling up to what can be possible at a site-level and network-level.
