ABOUT THE ROLE JOB TITLE:Premium Category Specialist LOCATION: Milan, HQ (Hybrid) TYPE OF CONTRACT:1 year fixed term contract to start with SALARY RANGE: 25-30K What you'll do: You’ll work closely with the International Business Development Manager to shape new processes for our premium Collection line and create a Collection playbook with premium sales standards for the Sales Team. You’ll become the go-to expert for Collection adventures and the main point of contact for WeRoaders interested in our premium experiences, connecting with them via email, WhatsApp, and phone to offer guidance and support. After the booking, you’ll continue assisting WeRoaders, answering questions and helping them prepare for their upcoming adventure. You’ll manage Collection-specific events, coordinating operations and working with external partners to bring these experiences to life. You’ll also gather customer insights to help improve itineraries, internal processes, and explore new client acquisition channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our Ambassador & Community team to foster engagement with Collection Travel Coordinators and Travel Producers. You’ll support the Italian team on customer-focused projects. What we’re looking for: What we’re looking for: You bring over 2 years of experience in the premium or luxury sector, ideally in sales or customer-facing roles. You’re a native Italian speaker (must-have). You speak English at a proficient or native level. The recruitment process will be in English. You’re highly enthusiastic: a standout communicator who can channel your energy and personality into every interaction—whether over the phone, in writing, online, or in person. You’re a quick learner, adept at mastering various processes across multiple platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change. You’re eager to test new ideas and learn from them. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, brimming with new ideas and able to present them to managers in a clear, structured way.
