PLANNING INTERN CHINESE SPEAKER

About the Role We are looking for an electric car passionate to become Planning Intern (Chinese Speaker) joining our BYD Italy team based in Italy collaborating directly BYD Europe and our dealer network.
It is a very exciting time to join our team.
The position will play an important role in supporting the growth of Passenger Cars in the Italian market.
The Planning Specialist will report directly to the Country Manager inside the Operations team of the BYD Italy National Sales Company and collaborate with BYD Europes planning & commerce department being responsible for supporting sales success and planning the future.
The position is committed to tasks such as demand forecasting production factory docking and distribution plan.
The mission is to ensure a smooth process of supplying BYD products provide customers with efficient and reliable services and provide strategic support for the companys business development.
Job Responsibilities.
Prepare compliance documents in accordance with established processes and regulations.
Upload completed documents to the appropriate digital governmental platform.
Coordinate and manage issues that arise during the process working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to relevant parties.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required.
Attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
Fluency in Chinese and Italian Proficiency with ERP/WMS/OMS software and an advanced level of Excel would be an advantage.
Effective communicator and team player.
