About the Department Planning&commerce department is a key link in BYDs supply chain system.
We are committed to tasks such as demand forecasting production factory docking European market docking and distribution plan.
Our mission is to ensure a smooth process from manufacturing to delivery of BYD products provide customers with efficient and reliable services and provide strategic support for the companys global business development.
Key responsibilities.
Prepare compliance documents in accordance with established processes and regulations.
Upload completed documents to the appropriate digital governmental platform.
Coordinate and manage issues that arise during the process working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to relevant parties.
Required skills qualifications and experience.
High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Chinese is a plus.
