In a nutshell, the future intern will help us to ensure all activities around salaries payments and employee\/company requirements are met, in accordance with the corporate timetable, financial policies and statutory contracts\/regulations.
Your main tasks.
Time & Attendance management (creation of new profiles, management of anomalies, creation of company master data) Help track and register payroll monthly salary variations Perform rigorous quality checks on payroll data to ensure complete accuracy Intercept and deepen news relative to the regulatory and statutory updates so to help company to be compliant Support in the answer of employees queries and requests Participate in the implementation of new tools and innovative projects Manage some activities like.
meal voucher, insurances, funds, management of the Purchase Orders (in collaboration with finance department) Support transversally the team in any other ah-hoc tasks Your profile.
Labor consultancy\/Economics\/Science of Legal Services Very good knowledge of English and Italian Good command of Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of Workday would be a plus Strong attention to details Accuracy Ability to work within procedures and deadlines Attitude to work in a team Good communication and relational skills Internship details.
