In this role you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders in our manufacturing sites and the internal and external project teams around the world to bring all the benefits of data driven manufacturing to our factories.

efine, manage and maintain the project portfolio of OT transformation initiatives for your assigned business area’sLead OT transformation projects in specific brownfield sites across your assigned business area’sAct as a BA representative in the global OT center of expertiseAct as a project leader for IIOT projects from conception until support handover, working all with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the expected business value focusing on brownfield sitesSupport IT and Digital project teams in your regions with support in their project around OT, equipment connectivity and cybersecurityAct as a bridge between the BA manufacturing community and the BA and global IT and GME teams around OT and equipment connectivityDetermine together with the BA manufacturing and IT & Digital leadership the key priorities and roadmap for digital manufacturing projects focused on business value delivery.

niversity Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent by experienceProven project & change management track recordGreat communication, coaching and collaborations skills within a multi cultural settingLanguages.
Full Professional English – Can easily converse in English regarding either business or personal subjects, including technical discussionsExperience with time series data driven applications suchs as OEE, predictive maintenance, EMS,...
xperience in PLCs & HMI programming, preferably using Siemens Step 7/TIA Portal.
xperience/Affinity in OT networking, both real and non-real time.
