Work on hands-on projects As an Operator Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in Talamona Diaphragm line. You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operations according to manufacturing router, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars. As an Operator Specialist, you will be responsible for: Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion Following operational, security and safety policies to ensure internal company compliance Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills. Be eligible for Apprenticeship contract Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages Be a team player and display good communication skills Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
