We are looking for an Operations Technical Support Specialist that will be responsible for providing technical and operational assistance to clients by managing and resolving issues reported by users through the Jira platform or phone calls.
This role involves close collaboration with the Development, Product, and Technology teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, minimizing the impact on daily operations.

What will your work be like? Ticket Management.
Receive, classify, and prioritize tickets in Jira related to technical issues, change requests, and operational inquiries.
Incident Resolution.
Diagnose and resolve system issues, or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary, ensuring that proper procedures are followed.
Case Tracking.
Continuously monitor open tickets, ensuring they are resolved within established timeframes, while maintaining regular communication with affected users.
Communication.
Act as a liaison between users and the development teams, ensuring all parties are kept informed about the status and progress of tickets.
Documentation.
Keep detailed records of incidents, solutions implemented, and best practices in the companyus knowledge base on Confluence.
Continuous Improvement.
Identify patterns in incidents and suggest process and tool improvements to reduce the recurrence of issues.
Training and Support.
Provide guidance and training to users on the proper use of internal systems and tools to help prevent common issues.
Deliver on-site training to client employees when necessary.
Administrative Support.
Assist the department manager with administrative tasks as needed.
What do we need? C1 level proficiency in English (advanced).
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role (software or IT).
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential when interacting with clients.
Knowledge of mobile hardware support, databases, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Jira for ticket management and issue tracking.
