Based in Milan, NTT team will collaborate with customer’s IT team locally and internationally focusing on Network and Network Security infrastructure.
You will work on IT environment mainly focused on Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, Vmware Velocloud, Riverbed technologies.
Being a member of this project, you will have the opportunity, at the same time, to join NTT, leader in Network Managed Services, and to work with a multinational company leader in Eye wear and Eye care industry, continuing to evolve your competencies and skills.
What you'll be doing As a Network Engineer L2, you act a role of Technical Specialist able to deliver medium complex projects and solve medium complex infrastructure issues.
You will be dedicated to projects implementation and IT infrastructure support and your main responsibilities will be.
Infrastructure set-up; Physical installations and configurations; Functional testing and hands-on support to senior engineers; Projects governance Support Network Operations team for complex incidents, changes, request etc Assist in maintenance and change management activities.
IT educational background; At least 3 years of experience as Network Engineer in a medium complex environment; Cisco Certifications (CCNA/CCNP).
It is a plus to have other certifications from main vendors (Check Point/Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Vmware); Good organizational and communication skills; Able to work in a virtual and hybrid team; Customer oriented; Good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus); Available to travel aboard when required by customer; Available to be part of on-duty scheduling.
