Well, if you’re interested in our National Account Manager role, this might be your next step! This is a great choice for an experienced Sales professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Wet Ones, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business As the National Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for building mutually beneficial trade relationships with the Coles, Kmart & ALDI team representing Edgewell Brands such as Schick, Banana Boat Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Mens Skincare and Wet Ones to maximize sales and profit.
This will be done through strategic account planning, implementing joint business plans, negotiating trading terms, aligning promotional plan, leveraging consumer and shopper insights while tracking & keeping trade spend revenue within target.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to.
•    Achieve budgeted customer sales & scan, profitability and market share targets •    Apply strong negotiation and net revenue management skills to improve ROI •    Organize regular collaboration meetings with customers and drive actions against KPI’s •    Conduct business and category reviews with each account as per customer expectations •    Segment, develop and implement strategies as per Customer Excellence guidelines •    End to end management of the Accounts  •    Develop and maintain strong multi-level business relationships.
•    Work cross functionally with Marketing, Category & Supply Chain team to identify category and shopper trends with perfect store and profitable promotion recommendations •    Create a collaborative culture within the sales team through active leadership and role modelling •    Lead & develop the Coles, Kmart and ALDI Account Executive   Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?  Ideally you will have Sales or Account Management experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Cosmetics industry.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience.
•    Strong computer skills including IRI, Aztec, PROMAX, Excel and Powerpoint •    Demonstrated success in achieving strong negotiation outcomes •    Excellent presentation, consultation and communication skills •    Demonstrated planning and forecasting for promotional effectiveness and management of trade spend •    Excellent commercial acumen with strong capability in analysing data and sound ROI decision making •    Demonstrated ability to create and foster strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders that deliver results and enable positive conflict resolution •    Strong and effective leadership within a multifunctional team working environment.
