ur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in für den Customer Service(m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben.
Du bearbeitest im Team Anfragen, erstellst Angebote und erfasst Aufträge Du berätst die Kunden am Telefon und per E-Mail und sorgst für reibungslose Abwicklung der Kundenwünsche Stammdatenpflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten Du überwachst die Sendungen und Termineinhaltung Dein Profil.
Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Du bist eine kommunikative Person und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden Kenntnisse in MS-Office Du bist engagiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest zuverlässig und zielorientiert Teamgeist hat für dich einen hohen Stellenwert Das Unternehmen bietet Dir.
