MES SR SPECIALIST

For the Italian pharmaceutical production plant of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for a MES Sr Specialist to be hired with permanent contract in Operational Excellence, Digital & Strategy Department.

Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the site.
Focus on the NMG project to ensure its successful implementation and alignment with the existing operational framework.
Provide substantial know-how and insights to sustain the current PES (Process Execution System) while facilitating the transition to the new PAS-X MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the existing systems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to strategy implementation, project progress, and performance metrics.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and operational excellence to inform strategic initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Proven experience in operational strategy, project management, or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of MES systems, particularly PAS-X, and SAP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
