Regular [Responsibilities] 1.
External Communications Support in developing and leading communication strategy to position J&J with key external partners.
Nurture solid media relationships with key journalists and influential outlets to drive positive news outcomes.
Develop stories (writing, editing, and marketing of stories)for use of print, electronic, and other materials related to external activities.

Internal Communications Support in developing and implementing a strategic plan to communicate the J&J corporate Purpose/Vision/Mission, enterprise business strategy and updates, and organizational goals.
Support for key leadership meetings, employee town halls and communications platforms to help drive a culture of engagement in the organization.
Develop and maintain an internal communications program to promote broad-based employee knowledge, understanding, and support of the strategic business objectives.

Reputation Management & Enhancement Protect and strengthen the reputation of Johnson & Johnson through clear, consistent, and credible communication with the media.
Develop and execute proactive media relations strategies and key media messaging for members of the Johnson & Johnson Country Leadership Team ahead of media interviews and key external events in partnership with cross-functional and franchise teams.
Search opportunity on CSR program and support developing programs aligned with company’s credo.

Administrative support and regional liaison Manage budget/cost within CPA team Collaborate with regional/global CPA team for global project and material review process Interact and support internal stakeholders for cross-functional projects/meetings(DEI) [Requirements] About 3~7 years of solid experience in Communications or Marketing (PR agency experience preferred) A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or other related area is preferred Outstanding writing ability and proven expertise in executive communication, including speechwriting and presentation development Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred, but not a prerequisite Prefer to have extensive and holistic crisis/issues management experience Excellent command in English, both oral and written, is required [지원 방법] www.
